Career
Working at Bruckner University—The connection between creativity and structure. We are not only a place of study and research for over 1,000 students and teachers, but also an employer for around 300 people.
Strong teaching and administration are essential to ensure that our students can devote themselves fully to their studies. While the teachers are the students' “choreographers” and “directors,” the administration needs particularly good “dramaturgs,” “prop masters,” and “managers.” To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we, as an artistic and educational university, must cover a wide range of activities in the best possible way.
What makes working for us so valuable?
The balancing act between art, culture, science, and business requires people with sensitivity and appreciation for each other's fields. The Bruckner University tries to sweeten the daily work of its employees with benefits, but also provides support to help them meet the demands of life and themselves.

Application Process
How does recruiting actually work at a university?
Recruiting has a special status at our institution and also follows a special procedure. The process is precisely defined in our statutes and other legal documents. In administration, the process is shorter than in teaching, but the procedure is almost identical.
