Merelys practicing your instrument alone is not enough to excel on stage. You need targeted mental preparation to successfully master a performance. Individual performance coaching off ers makes this possible through an appropriate performance setting.
Video analysis and the development of individual strategies are essential components of the coaching, which is based on scientifi c research and has been tried and tested in practice.
BODYWORK WITH INSTRUMENT

Individual physical complaints and issues that arise when playing an instrument are analyzed and addressed through
- loosening passive movement

Understanding and experiencing different areas of the body with elements from the Franklin method, yoga and dance improvisation.
- Spine: alignment, permeability and stabilization
- Feet/knees/hips: alignment, mobility and stability

- Shoulders/arms/hands: looseness, freedom of movement and articulation
- Breathing: letting go, breathing spaces, breath flow and energy
YIN YOGA AND RELAXATION

Gentle exercise and relaxation session for physical and mental regeneration.
Due to its passive and relaxing nature, Yin Yoga has a number of positive effects:
