Liudmila Beladzed was born in Polozk (Belarus). From 1998 she studied concert artist, orchestral artist, cymbal teacher and conductor of the orchestra for folk instruments at the State Academy of Music in Minsk, which she completed with distinction. This was followed by studies (subject dulcimer) at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz with Professor Karl-Heinz Schickhaus and with Elisabeth Seitz, which she also completed with distinction.

In the concerts she can be seen as a soloist, chamber musician and conductor. She has also participated in numerous world premieres. She has also participated in international festivals in France, Holland, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland and South Korea.

Together with Rainer Falk she released the CD "Early Spring" in 2009, the CD "Late summer" in 2011, the CD "Autumn colours" in 2015 and the CD "Wintersongs" in 2020 with compositions for cymbal/hacking board and guitar.

She has had further projects with Alfred Peschek in the "Neues Ensemble", with the "Traweegensemble", the Bruckner Orchester Linz as well as the Concilium Musicum Wien, among others. She has already performed at the Brucknerhaus as well as the Landestheater in Linz, the Slovak Philharmonic in Bratislava, the Theatre for Ballet in Budapest and others.

Since 2009 she has been teaching as a university teacher at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz and at the Upper Austrian Landesmusikschulwerk dulcimer. In 2013 she also taught at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg.

She is also active as a lecturer at various workshops such as the dulcimer festival in Ulm (Germany) or for teachers of the Upper Austrian and Tyrolean Landesmusikschulwerk. She has often served as a juror at the state and national levels of the "Prima La Musica" music competition. Since 2015, she has been the main organiser of the Upper Austrian Dulcimer Day, which takes place every two years and provides an opportunity for dulcimer players from young to old to meet and further their education.
