Fabian Rucker, a versatile musician, producer, and composer hailing from Vienna, is making waves in the global music scene with his captivating saxophone performances and fearless exploration of diverse genres. With international acclaim for his innovative playing style, described by All About Jazz as a “revelation."

Notable accomplishments include the commission to compose the opening concert of the Saalfelden Jazz Festival 2022 with his new band “RUCKER“ and releasing the highly acclaimed album "Hypocritical Mass" with his ensemble, Fabian Rucker 5. Beyond his own projects, Rucker's talents as a producer and musician have been sought after by an impressive roster of artists, including Philipp Nykrin, Namby Pamby Boy, Charlie Hunter, Thomas Gansch, Shake Stew, Lylit, Paul Gulda, Michael Mantler, and many others. His versatility and adaptability have enabled him to seamlessly navigate through different musical landscapes, leaving an indelible mark in each collaboration.  
His creative synergy with master composer and drummer Bobby Previte has yielded extraordinary results, shaping captivating soundscapes in groundbreaking projects like "TERMINALS." Featuring acclaimed artists such as Greg Osby, Nels Cline, Zeena Parkins, Jon Medeski and SØ Percussion, their collaborations have mesmerized audiences. 
Expanding on their successful partnership, Rucker and Previte released the highly acclaimed album "Rhapsody." This record not only showcased Rucker's exceptional saxophone skills but also their collective vision, creating an immersive sonic experience that resonated with audiences worldwide.
Rucker's contributions extend beyond his performances and productions. He shares his expertise as a lecturer of jazz saxophone and music production at the Institute for Jazz and Improvised Music at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz, inspiring and nurturing the next generation of musicians.
