SHARE is an international festival of dance universities. In 2017 the students of Anton Bruckner Private University represented Austria in Bratislava, Slovakia, this year the event is happening in Skopje, Macedonia between the 19th and 22nd of April. Kai Chun Chuang, Damián Cortés Alberti and Eszter Petrány, master students of IDA will perform their pieces on the 20th of April.
This year the following universities participate in the festival: UGD Dance Academy (Macedonia), Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (Lithuania), Anton Bruckner Private University (Linz, Austria), Music And Arts University Vienna (Austria), Latvian Academy of Culture (Latvia), Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy (Hungary), Dance Theatre Department in Bytom (Poland), Duncan Centre Conservatory (Czech Republic), Academy of Performing Arts Bratislava (Slovakia). Besides the performances students have possibilities to take workshops offered by other universities, learn different techniques and approaches from each other. The final day gives opportunity to share opinions and experiences about the seen pieces and to close the evening with an open, professional talk between all students and teachers.
